It was a jam-packed night of racing at the 4-1-1 as nine features were on the schedule.
The first would be the makeup 604 late model feature. Greg Martin would lead us to green ahead of Pierce McCarter, Travis Fultz and Heath Alvey. Trouble would find the #31 of Brad Seagle as he’d lose a driveshaft on the opening lap ending his night before it even began. Back under green and Fultz who started up front began to drift back through the field. The caution would wave on lap six slowing the pace. Under the caution Rusty Ballenger would pull his #1G off track to a quick visit with his crew but would return, joining the field at the tail. Back under green and McCarter had found his line as he powered into the lead. Jason Welshan didn’t have the best starting spot but was quickly working his way up into the top five. The leaders would catch the back of the pack as McCarter began to inch away with the lead. He’d go on to pick up the first win of the night.

The 20 lap Front Wheel Drive makeup feature would be up next. James Burnett was looking for another win as he would lead the field into turn one ahead of Travis Weeks, Bryan Williams and Daryl Teefeteller. The top three would quickly pull away. Weeks would mount a charge but would have to settle for runner up.

Troy Davenport was looking for his second Crown Vic win of the season. He’d start on the front row with Joseph McGill keeping him company on the front row. The night would come to an early end for McGill as he and Coby Scott would both retire in the opening laps. Davenport would run away to a huge lead and score his second win of the year at the 4-1-1.

The first non-makeup race would be the 20 lap Classic Car feature. Shaun Sise would once again start on the pole this time alongside Chris Griffin. Griffin would have his strongest run of the year as he worked the low line trying to get the lead away from Sise. Some smoke would start to trail from the #99 of Buchanan but he’d continue on in the fourth spot. Up front Sise would hold on to maintain his stranglehold on the Classic Car division.

Jed Emert would show the way for the 20 lap Sportsman feature ahead of Seth Jolley, last week’s winner Terry Poore and Curtis Thomas. The caution would wave on lap six for the #10 of Dustin Williams who went for a spin. Lee Merritt would pull off track early with mechanical issues ending his night early. The battle for the fourth position was intense as the #5 of Curtis and the #16 of Jolley battled it out. Trouble for the #19 of Sam Oakley would slow the pace as he would loop his machine in turn two. Back under green and Poore was looking for back-to-back wins as he fought it out with Riley Hickman. The #32 of Cody Gloyne and the #A3 of Chris Kelly would get tangled up in turn two bringing out another caution. Jed Emert would inch away in the final laps to pick up his second win of the season at 411.

The 20 lap Street Stock feature was up next. Josh Henry in his #B00 would lead us to green ahead of Austin Byrd, Josh Driskill, Sam Burgess and Alan Burchfield making up your top five on the start. Burchfield was working the low line trying to get a run on the inside of Burgess for the fourth spot. His strong run would come to an end as he would get loose and spin off the exit of turn two collecting the #11 of Ryan Watson. Burchfield would be done for the night, but Watson would continue on. The battle for second was the one to watch as Driskill had the heat turned up on Byrd for the second spot. He’d eventually get the spot making it a 1-2 finish for the teammates.

The second 604 feature was up next for another 25-lap event. The bad luck would continue for the #329 of Travis Fultz as he’d pull off track in the opening laps. Trouble would also find the #92 of Cory Cate who would exit the track. Once under green it was Cameron Weaver who put his #9 on point ahead of Bradley Lewelling, last week’s winner Hayden Cardwell, Tyler Price and Rusty Ballenger in the Warrior house car. Cardwell was on go once again as he powered past Lewelling and into the runner up spot. Jason Cardwell would retire with issues just a few laps into the feature. The caution would wave for the #4 of Jacob Kelso who went for a spin in turn two. Under the caution, Hayden Cardwell would have issues with his #07 and had to pull off track ending his bid for back-to-back wins. McCarter had worked his way into the top five looking to sweep the night. Weaver would hold off a late charge from Heath Alvey to pick up the win.

Travis Weeks would put his #85 on top of the scoreboard in the second Front Wheel Drive feature with James Burnette, Bryan Williams and Jeremy Wyatt in pursuit. Daryl Teefeteller began putting the heat on Gregory Wyatt as the fought it out for a top five spot. The top two would pull away with the fight for third raging on between Williams and Wyatt. Burnette looked like he’d found his line on the inside but would slow with smoke trailing his #18 machine late ending his night. With Burnette out of the picture, Weeks would go on to score his first ever win at 411.
