GATES / START TIME: Grandstand and pit gates open at 3 p.m. Drivers meeting at 6:30 p.m., immediately followed by hot laps, qualifying and green flag racing. … Ronald Sexton of Ronald Sexton Construction Company will be giving away $50 to one lucky driver at the drivers meeting!
KIDZ ZONE: Open Wheel Modified driver Jimmy Dalton of Knoxville will have his No. 2 race car behind the grandstands beginning at 5 p.m. in the Kidz Zone to meet-and-greet fans and sign autographs. Plus several track officials will be at the Kidz Zone looking to get cooled off. So there will be plenty of water balloons for the kids to help soak the officials.
