Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series returns Aug. 13

The Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series returns to 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday, August 13 for a $3,000 to win race.

The series is the first factory-backed super late model dirt series in the country. The series offers racers a chance to race more affordably than with an open motor. The series has attracted the likes of Ronnie Johnson, who is the defending series champion.

Johnson will be joined by series points leader Tyler Crowder, Jake Knowles, Tim Busha, Ryan King of Alabama, Cory Hedgecock, Brandon Williams, Ryan King of Seymour, and others from across the region.

Also racing will be sportsman for $700 to win, open wheels for $600 to win, street stocks for $500 to win, mini stocks for $350 to win, and classic cars.

All gates will open at 4:00 with the driver’s meeting scheduled for 6:30.

General admission tickets are $15 for adults, kids 12 and under are free. Pit passes are $30 with kids 12 and under $15 with a signed release.
