Mod-Mini Green flag back out! Courtney picking up where he left off, McNabb looking for room around Kelly, but nothing doing off turn 4, now off turn 2, he’s on the inside, as caution flies in turn 2 on lap 9 for the #8 of Josh Beal as he loops it around. Green flag back out on the field. Courtney still out front, but the battle is on for 2nd and 3rd. #92-Cory Cate on the inside of McNabb, nothing doing and he‘ll fall back in line. Lap 12, caution will fly, #2-Tim Miller spins in turn 2, Beal slows to a crawl but will still make contact with the #2 machine, and the #18-William Tallent and Dunlap both spin in unison to avoid. No heavy damage, and all cars will continue. Green flag! Courtney pulls away, but Cate will ruffle the feathers of Kelly, as Kelly will fishtail down the backstretch, but now Kelly will run over McNabb going into turn 3, and both drivers will restart toward the tail of the field. Green flag! Courtney powers away, but Cate is looking for the lead off 2, but the power under the #C11 will motor away off 2. McNabb is back up to the 3rd spot, as he’ll pass #44-Tommy Metler down low down the backstretch with 4 laps to go. Kelly will get sideways and hit a tractor tire off turn 2 and it’ll put us under caution with 3 laps to go. It’s a 3 lap shootout here for the Mod Minis! Courtney powers away yet again, as Cate will look inside off 2 for the lead, but nothing doing, he‘ll fall in line. McNabb looking down low on Cate, and the white flag is in the air. Give 2nd to McNabb, but off turn 4 coming to the checkers, Cate will turn McNabb, and Cory Cate will be disqualified for rough driving. Topless Modifieds Green flag! Gregory takes off with the lead, but trouble down the backstretch, as #12-Craig Gregg will land upside down. He is out of the car and he is ok. We still have no laps in the books, and we’ll see if 3rd time will be the charm. GREEN FLAG! Gregory will pull inside and to the lead, but Clifton will power to the outside off turn 4, a lap is in the books, Gregory and Clifton battling hard for the lead still, Clifton up high, he’ll take over the top spot, as caution flies on lap 2 as the #420 of Tyler James spins in turn 2. Green flag back in the air, 18 laps to go. Gregory pulls to the inside of Clifton, but nothing doing off turn 2. #D00-Josh Driskill looking for the 4th spot on #44K-Chase King, and caution will fly yet again on lap 3 as James spins again. Green flag in the air once again, 3 are on the scoreboard. Gregory pulls down to the inside of Clifton, and powers into the lead. Driskill now looking for 2nd spot, as Clifton spins in turn 4 and Driskill gets a piece of the action. This race will be shortened to 10 laps, so 3 laps to go. Gregory powers to the lead and he’ll lead Driskill around the track. Driskill looking for the lead, he’ll follow Gregory, and he’ll pull to the inside on lap 8, but nothing doing as Gregory will open the gap a little down the backstretch. White flag in the air, Driskill inside of Gregory, but he‘ll have nothing for him, he’ll try off turn 4, no chance, and Gregory picks up the win. Super Trucks Green flag back out, Robert Martin to the point. Ogle takes over 2nd spot, but here comes #42-Robbie Comer, He’ll make the move on Ogle for the 2nd spot, and set his sights on Robert Martin. Comer to the lead here on lap 6. Caution here on lap 12, as #2-Steve Hillard spins in turn 2. Green flag in the air, and Comer will pull away and sail off into the sunset. Street Stocks Green flag back in the air, Cook off with the lead. Mills falls in line in 2nd after taking a quick peek for the lead, but here comes Shepard off turn 2, but the caution flies as Baker spins in turn 1. Green flag. Cook takes off, but here comes Mills, he’ll look inside, but nothing doing as they sail into turn 1, and the #11-Tracy Wolfe gets loose off turn 4 and several cars will be collected. #9 of Bender pulls off the track, along with the #27-Charlie Bates. Bender gets his tire changed and will rejoin at the rear. Green flag back out on the field, as we have 16 laps to go, maybe. Mills to the inside of Cook in 1, but doesn’t have the preferred line, but wait, Mills into the lead but gets real loose off 2, and that‘ll hurt the run down the backstretch for Mills, and they’re battling tooth and nail, still side by side, Mills to the lead, Shepard pulls inside of Cook for 2nd spot, and Shepard will look to claim the checkers. #30-Walter Sims to the inside of Cook for 3rd spot, and Cook will slow a little off turn 4 and Sims will have nowhere to go and will bounce off the #0z, and Cook will pull off the speedway along with Sims. Green flag back in the air, and Mills will power into the lead. #49-Jason Ogle now to the inside of Shepard, but he’ll fall back in line in 3rd here on lap 8, and he’ll look inside off 2, as the #88 of Josh Rudd spins in turn 2 here on lap 9. Green flag. Mills to the lead, but Shepard still hanging tough. Now Davis takes over the 3rd spot, as the #9 of Baker spins for the 3rd time and caution will fly on lap 10, and that’s strike 3, and he’ll be sent off the track. Green flag out again, Mills in the lead, but Shepard wants it, however don’t count out Davis, as Mills tries to stretch his lead out over Shepard. 3 laps to go as time has expired. Mills still in the lead, Shepard still 2nd. White flag in the air, one more lap for Brad Mills. Off turn 4, Brad Mills takes the checkered flag over Raymond Shepard and Phil Davis. Great run for Brad Mills, his 2nd feature win of 2010! Classics Late Models Green flag in the air! Cardwell to the low side, Collins up high, Collins will POWER to the inside of Cardwell, contact is make, and Cardwell looks back inside of Collins going into turn 3, but Collins back into the lead as caution flies here on lap 12 for #005-David Young Jr. and #B4-Don Scalf as they spin in 4. Green flag in the air, Cardwell slams the door on Collins, but Collins powers to the inside, but he’ll fall back in behind Cardwell.. #66-Adam Beeler on the inside of #B00-Josh Henry, but back up front, here comes Collins, for the lead, he’ll take over the lead in turn 3 here on lap 14. Ownby gets loose off 4 and that’ll open the door for Rosner, and Rosner takes over the 3rd spot. Henry under fire from Ballenger, but 8 laps to go, Collins still your leader, Cardwell a short distance back in 2nd, and Rosner a short distance back in 3rd. Rosner has caught Cardwell, he’ll now look for the runner up spot, but he’ll spin in turn 2 here with 10 laps to go. Green flag in the air, 10 laps to go! Collins powers up off turn 2, and will reclaim the lead after a short battle with Cardwell, but caution for debris here on lap 21 as the #21 of David Miley gets up on the wall a little bit in turn 2 and leaves his right door skirt behind. Green flag in the air, Collins powers with the lead, Cardwell looks inside, but that high line is fast for Collins, but is Cardwell saving his stuff? Ownby now takes over the 2nd spot, but Cardwell will challenge Ownby for the spot, but he’ll fall in line, so give the 2nd spot to Ownby, but now Ownby will spin out in turn 2 here on lap 24 in front of the field and will collect Adam Beeler and Clyde Stanton. Stanton will continue, but Beeler and Ownby are done for the night. Tough break for Ownby, he had a good run going tonight. Green flag as we have 6 laps to go. Collins still in the lead, Cardwell tries the inside, he’ll settle for 2nd, but that green flag will be short-lived as caution flies on lap 25 as Scalf and Young Jr. get together. Green flag in the air with 5 laps to go. Collins in the lead, he’ll power away off turn 2. McCarter looking to the inside of Stanton, but he’ll fall in line in 4th. Cardwell looking for room around Collins. Caution flies here as the #00-Reuben Mayfield gets turned off turn 2 on lap 27. Green flag in the air, lets try this one more time. Collins powers away as contact is made for about the 6th spot, but back up front, Collins has the lead, don’t think anybody has anything for him tonight. Checkered flag in the air, off turn 4, Collins picks up the win! Pure Mini Green flag back out on the field. King still out front, Owens in 2nd, but he’s going to get passed by the #23-Anthony Singleton here on lap 7. Checkers in the air, Dalton King is your winner. |
