Another awesome night of racing is complete at 411, and there was alot of great racing action! In Street Stock, Dale Watson was in front of the beating and banging to claim the win. In Mini Stock, no place was safe as Rocky McNabb was the one who survived the carnage to claim the win. In Crates, Greg Martin led at the white flag lap, but broke in turn 2, handing the win to Cory Hedgecock, his first feature win at 411 Motor Speedway! In Thunder & Lightning, Robbie Comer returned to victory lane after being shut out several weeks. In Topless Modified, Johnny Ridings held off Patrick Evans to claim the win, and Jason Cardwell kicked the monkey to the curb to win in Limited, and earn his first top 5 finish at 411 this season!
Coming up next Monday is the Southern Regional Racing Series Super Late Model special event on Monday July 2nd! It’ll be a $3,000 to win race. Street Stock
Green flag in the air, Dale Watson quickly jumps to the lead, Dwayne Fox in 2nd, Tim Glass in 3rd, Glass dives inside Fox, they touch, now Glass touches the turn 2 wall, hand Fox the 2nd spot. Watson in the lead, but now Jeremy Hershner sends Jason Ogle around in turn 2. 3 laps on the board.
Green flag back in the air, Watson nails the throttle and away he goes. Fox in the 2nd spot, Glass now peeks inside in turn 1, Bradly Lewelling gets sideways off turn 2, but now Glass and Fox make contact, Fox tags the outside wall in turn 4, caution here on lap 4.
Green flag back in the air, Ogle looks inside Lewelling, Lewelling hangs onto 2nd. Watson your leader, Lewelling gets sideways off 4, hangs on, continues on. Now Glass around in turn 2, Dinkins has nowhere to go, Hershner up on the top of Dinkins, red flag will fly. Only Glass will continue.
Green flag back in the air, Watson mashes the loud pedal, Ogle has trouble in 1, Fox will drive by, now Busler looks inside Ogle, gets sideways, continues on. Lewelling looks outside Watson off 4, drives inside into 1, now Fox gives a bump into 3, Lewelling the leader off 4, Watson leads that lap, Fox around Lewelling, Fox inside Watson in 3, gets sideways, gets punted by Lewelling in 3, caution flies. 10 laps on the board.
Green flag in the air once again, Watson again mashes the loud pedal, now Fox and Glass tangle in turn 1, caution flies again.
Green flag once again, Watson again powers away from the start line, Ogle now looks inside Lewelling as he gets way sideways into 1, Ogle takes over the 2nd spot. Watson still in command, Fox now drives inside Lewelling off turn 4, Fox claims 3rd, sets his sights on Ogle off 2. Fox dives inside off 4 on Ogle, steals away the 2nd spot, but now Ogle runs into Fox in turn 2 and caution flies once again here on lap 13.
Due to the time expiring and the carnage, checkers are thrown under this caution. Watson, Glass, Fox your top 3.

Green flag in the air, Mike Townsend can’t quite get going, Brady Lee takes the race lead, Frankie Huskey moves into the 2nd spot, Sam Burgess just behind them, now a big mess on the backstretch as Lee spins off turn 2, Merritt makes heavy contact with Lee off turn 2. 4 laps complete.
Green flag in the air again, Rocky McNabb powers inside Burgess off turn 2, side by side into 3, McNabb now looks inside Huskey for a moment, now the red flag flies for the 2nd time in this feature here on lap 4 as Jason King barrel rolls after making hard contact with the turn 1 wall. He was helped from the car, appears he was ok but certainly shook up in that violent crash after barrel rolling at least 3 times.
Green flag back in the air, Huskey and McNabb make contact off turn 2, Burris never cracks the throttle, Huskey and Townsend with practically destroyed cars on the backstretch. Caution here on lap 4.
Green flag in the air, it’ll be green white checker and McNabb cruises to the win, Burgess in 2nd, and Keith Sands comes home 3rd. After the race, Burgess would refuse to tear down, handing K. Sands the runner up spot, giving Robert Lewis a 3rd place finish!

NeSmith Crate Late Model
Adam Beeler and Greg Martin thunder their way into turn 1, Martin steals the race lead off turn 2, Beeler in 2nd, Cory Hedgecock in 3rd. Ryan King inside Marty Calloway into turn 3, they almost touch, Calloway with the position. Beeler now inside Martin into 1, off turn 4 they touch, Beeler around on the frontstretch. Caution here on lap 2.
Green flag in the air, Martin powers away with the lead, Hedgecock looks inside off 4 for a moment, now King dives inside Calloway, steals the 3rd spot. Beeler now making his way back toward the front, but it’s all Martin for the time being. King now looks inside Hedgecock for the 2nd spot, falls in line off 4. Now into 1, he dives inside Hedgecock, steals it away in turn 3, now caution flies as Brad Seagle hits the wall in 1.
Green flag back in the air, King looks inside Hedgecock from the getgo, almost makes contact in 1, they’ll race side by side off 2. Martin your leader, Hedgecock with a bobble in turn 4, King POWERS inside, STEALS 2nd in convincing fashion. Hedgecock battles back, powers inside King, almost makes contact, all cars continue with no trouble. Beeler trying to find his way around Justin Summers and Cory Cate, as Summers has slipped back from the previous caution, but up front, Martin your leader, King in 2nd, Hedgecock in 3rd. Clyde Stanton is in 4th, now Calloway looks inside, side by side into 1, now Calloway with a bobble, allows Stanton to pull away, but now Summers goes around on the backstretch with help from Beeler it appears. 16 laps are complete.
Green flag in the air, Hedgecock again powers inside King, side by side off 4, now Hedgecock takes the battle off 4, King looks inside Martin and almost drills Martin, now off turn 4 King roughs up Hedgecock, Hedgecock sends King around into turn 1 and caution flies. King will fall to the rear, Hedgecock retains position.
Green flag back in the air, Martin mashes the loud pedal now as Stanton and Calloway make contact, Beeler inside Cate, Hedgecock looks inside Martin for the lead, coming to the white flag now. Side by side for the lead off 4, now Martin drills the turn 2 wall, Hedgecock off turn 4, he’ll take the race win, Calloway in 2nd, Beeler bounces back to finish 3rd.

Green flag in the air, Robbie Comer down low off turn 2, takes the lead into turn 3. Freddy Hillard in 2nd, Robert Martin powers around off turn 4, now caution flies here on lap 3 for debris on the backstretch.
Green flag back in the air, Comer takes off with the race lead once again, Martin in 2nd, Rocky Ogle trying to find his way around Martin, as Apaches Quinton sets his sights on Hillard. Martin tags the wall off turn 4, but Comer has checked out. Caution now flies here on lap 6 as debris is in turn 1.
Green flag back in the air, Ogle on the inside of Martin off turn 2, stays side by side off 4. Looks inside into 1, gets sideways in the center, Martin pulls away. Quinton now reeling in Ogle, Hillard looks to the inside. Comer well out in front, Martin in 2nd, Ogle in 3rd. Gardner now looking around Scott Atkins for position, as Quinton gets a bobble in 3. Ogle now has reeled in Martin to challenge for the 2nd spot, dives inside, powers away with the 2nd spot off 2. Comer now catching lap traffic as Martin makes contact with Ogle off 4. Comer still out front, Martin in 2nd, Ogle in 3rd as he tries to reel him back in. Might get interesting if Ogle can catch Martin. Off turn 4, Comer with the win, Ogle was able to get close to Martin but no contact was made. Seems like something broke on the front suspension of Ogle’s machine as it was dragging turn in the turns, but he was able to hang on for a great finish.

Green flag in the air, Patrick Evans and Johnny Ridings the only 2 cars on the speedway, now Evans spins in turn 4, complete restart coming.
Green flag back in the air, Evans and Ridings side by side, they continue their battle off turn 2, and still side by side off turn 2. Now Evans with a bobble into 1, and now Evans spins in turn 2.
Green flag back in the air. Ridings jumps away with the race lead, Evans in 2nd. Now debris brings caution here on lap 7.
Green back in the air, Evans hanging tough with Ridings this time, Evans looks inside into 3, white flag in the air. Ridings pulls away off turn 2, that’s all she wrote. Ridings takes the win, Evans comes home 2nd.

Green flag in the air for the Limited Lates, they’ll thunder into turn 1, side by side for the lead, Jason Cardwell with the run off turn 2. Josh Collins in 2nd, Rusty Ballenger in 3rd, Ballenger looks inside Collins, now Ryan King goes around in 4, Ross White hits King head-on, looks like Tony Schrimsher and Dalton King are tangled up as well.
Green flag back in the air on this complete restart, Cardwell again with the jump off turn 2, Collins in 2nd, Chase King in 3rd, Mack McCarter looks inside Chase, Chase tags the wall, now Ryan looks inside Ballenger, now McCarter powers around Collins. Cardwell checking out, now White looks inside Ryan for a second, falls in line. Ballenger trying to look inside Chase as a puff of smoke begins to show from the Collins machine. Ballenger and Chase almost make contact off turn, and again off 2. McCarter reeling in on Cardwell now, Collins in 3rd, Chase trying to hold off Ballenger, as they’re side by side. McCarter now seems to have lost some ground on Cardwell, now Justin Summers spins in turn 2 here on lap 7.
Green flag back in the air, Ballenger blows it way down low into turn 1, Chase now looks inside Collins, now Collins gets a run down the backstretch, but now King almost gets the wall off 4. Ballenger now looking for room around Collins, as White tries to hold off Ryan. Ryan down low, makes his way around White as they chase Curtis Thomas. Up front, Cardwell in command, McCarter trying to hold off Collins, who’s trying to hold off Ballenger. Ballenger looks inside Collins, those 2 have caught McCarter for 2nd, Cardwell tries to pull away, now Layne Clifton powers inside Summers. Now Ballenger has powered around Collins, looks inside on McCarter, as Clifton and Summers go back to battle. Ballenger with a bobble off 4, McCarter will open some breathing room over Ballenger, albeit very little. Cardwell still in control now with 10 laps remaining. Lap traffic may become a factor before it’s said and done, as Cardwell has checked out on McCarter as Ballenger looks inside for a split second. Chase has reeled in Collins, but now Summers slows into turn 3, flat right-rear on his machine, caution flies here on lap 21.
Green flag back in the air, 9 laps remain in this feature. Cardwell powers away off turn 4, McCarter all over his rear, dives inside, can’t make it stick, they make contact off 2, now Thomas gets sideways in turn 4, and caution flies as Chase spins in turn 4. Caution on Thomas. And now we were just about to go green, when our points leader Josh Collins dropped fluid on the backstretch with smoke clearly visible from his machine.
Green flag back in the air, 3-wide into turn 1 for the race lead didn’t work as Ballenger goes from 1st to 5th, now White stalls in turn 4, caution here on lap 23.
Green flag back in the air, 3 wide for 3rd now as Chase powers into the 3rd spot, they target McCarter now who holds the 2nd spot, Chase looks inside for a moment on McCarter, Ballenger now on his outside, Chase inside McCarter off 2, leans on him in 3, now Ballenger looks outside Chase, but Cardwell is pulling away. Ryan closing in on Chase, Ballenger no in 3rd, goes to work on McCarter for the 2nd spot off 4. Checkers in the air, Jason Cardwell claims the race win, Mack McCarter brings home 2nd, Rusty Ballenger 3rd, Chase King 4th, and Ryan King 5th.
