Gavin Murphy claims win in Mini Stock, “Chrome” takes win in NeSmith Crates

Another exciting night of action is in the books at Tennessee’s Action Track! In Classic, we saw Cameron Skinner claim the checkers. In Street Stock, it was Shannon Emery crossing the line first. In Mini Stock, James Mitchell would cross the line first, but wouldn’t make it past the tech area as he was protested and refused teardown, handing the win over to 14 year old Gavin Murphy. In NeSmith Crate Late Model action, it was shiny “Chrome” Mack McCarter take the win, then in Thunder & Lightning we saw “The Whistler” Robbie Comer take the win. It was a “Flash” in Topless Modified as Keith Gregory flashed to victory lane. Rounding out the night was the Limited Late Model division where “Superman” Josh Collins claimed the win.

The classes in action are subject to change before Wednesday, but tentatively scheduled are: Limited/Crate Late Model ($2,000), Thunder & Lightning ($411), Topless Modified ($411), Modified Mini ($411), Open Wheels ($411), and Classic ($411)! ***ALL FANS ARE ASKED TO WEAR PURPLE***

William Hux claims first win; Jason Manley goes 2 in a row

Another great night of racing is in the books at 411! In Mini Stock action, we saw Rocky McNabb take the win. In Topless Modified, we saw two things take place. One, we saw William Hux take the checkers for the first time, and we also saw a fan favorite go up in flames. Johnny Ridings emerged from the car he was driving with his legs engulfed in flames. As of Monday morning, he was home resting comfortably and healing up from 2nd and 3rd degree burns but is expected to make a full recovery, so Get Well Soon Johnny! Next up was the Modified Mini where we saw Dustin Stephens take the win. In Thunder & Lightning, it was all Robbie Comer. In Street Stock, Shannon Emery notched his 2nd win of the season. And concluding the night we saw Jason Manley go 2 in a row as he claimed the checkers as the remaining cars behind him battled tooth-and-nail to the checkers.

Coming up this Saturday is another regular racing program! Racing in Limited Lates, Crate Lates, Thunder & Lightning, Street Stock, Topless Modified, Mini Stock, and Classic!

Brad Lowe, John Cobb, and Shannon Emery notch first season wins at 411

Another great night of racing is in the books at Tennessee’s Action Track! In Modified Mini action, it was all Michael Courtney as he smoked the field. Next was Street Stock where Travis Reno again started at the rear and powered his way to the front, however, he didn’t have enough as Shannon Emery took the checkers. In Mini Stock, it was Cole Trickle (Rocky McNabb) taking the win after drafting with Lee Merritt the first handful of laps. In NeSmith Crates, it was John Cobb taking the win. In Thunder & Lightning, it was Robbie Comer as he waxed the field. In Topless Modified, Flash again took the checkered flag as Keith Gregory notches his 8th win of the season. And finally, Josh Collins set fast time in the Limited with a blistering lap of 13.702, but it was all Brad Lowe as he stole the checkers.

Coming up this Saturday is another regular racing program as the season inches closer to the conclusion. There may only be about a month and a half left in the season but there’s A LOT of great racing to be seen yet! This Saturday we’ll have racing in Limited Late Model, NeSmith Crate Late Model, Thunder & Lightning, Street Stock, Topless Modified, Mini Stock, and Classic.
