o Must be stock appearing and acceptable to the Technical Inspector. . May build doors, quarters, sail panels, and fenders, but must resemble stock. Roof 46 wide x 44 long Sail panels must be stock or if built, flat 8 inch top 18 inch bottom.
o Must run stock appearing nose and tail No md3 or late model style. Rear spoilers 6 inch tall no wider than trunk lid. Spoiler side 6 x 12. Stock spoiler OK. May enclose interior.
o Must Be minimum 1.50" OD tubing, minimum .095" steel wall thickness. Must have minimum 3 driver side door bars and 2 passenger side door bars. Must have support bars behind drivers and must be welded to frame. Must have minimum 3 windshield protection bars. Window nets are recommended . Must have approved aluminum racing seat.
o STOCK. May tie together. Must have stock floor pan and firewall no fabricated type.
o Must be stock and match model claimed. Racing springs allowed, 5" diameter minimum. Jack bolts and/or lowering blocks allowed. Steel body, non-adjustable racing shocks allowed. Must be mounted in STOCK location unless using jack bolts. Must use stock upper AND lower control arms. Caster/Camber adjustment plates allowed. Pinto may run adjustable lower strut arms mounted in stock position.
o Stock OEM, 7.5, 8 inch, 8.8, or 9 inch may lock. No independent rear suspensions.
o Stock box or stock rack. No aftermarket racks. May use heim joints on tie-rod ends.
o Quick release racing steering wheel recommended.
o Steel caliper front, drum ONLY rear. No brake adjusters to master cylinder within arms reach of driver. May run three wheel brake.
o Stock for model claimed, 1" tolerance. 92" minimum.
o Steel 13x8" maximum. Bead locks OK.
o 13x8" Hoosier or American Racer. Any compound. 100lb weight break for approved D.O.T street tire.
o 1lb per CC - 2300lb minimum. D.O.T street tires: 2200lb minimum.
o .5 tolerance for wear. Must post weight on A-pillar.
o A. Stock 4 cylinder engine for model claimed. No rotary, turbo charged, or supercharged engines. No mid or rear engine cars. Engine must remain in stock location, NO setback.
o B. Block - Steel OEM block only. Max .060 overbore size3.845 ford .005 tolerance. Zero deck. Plus or minus .003 tolerance.
o C. Crank, rods, pistons maybe balance. No windage trays or crankshaft scraper.
o D. Rods - Steel OEM rod only. Ford rod length (5.2047) must have part number on rod. May use aftermarket rod bolts. Stock stroke only (Ford 3.126). Plus .006 tolerance. Rod may be bushed. Any flat tappet hydraulic cam. Must have hydraulic working lifters no tampering with inside of lifter. Shims and lash caps ok. .035 max on shims.
o E. Head - Stock OEM head only. May cut head; No angle milling, 0.010 tolerance; No Port or Polish; No cutting past valve seats; Single spring with damper. Steel retainers; Adjustable cam sprocket allowed. Stock diameter valves. (Ford Intake Valve 1.740 / Ford Exhaust Valve 1.500, 11/32 Stem, valve maybe back cut. No ranger valves).
o F. Piston - Any flat top piston.
o G. Intake - Stock OEM only. Fuel injection intake allowed. 2-1/2 spacer max with gaskets, no porting allowed.
o H. Exhaust - May run aftermarket header or stock manifold.
o I. Oil Pan - Wet sump only.
o J. Carburetor - Must Pass no-go gauges. Holley 4412 500cfm 2 barrel max. NO fuel injection systems.
o K. Flywheel - Steel
o L. No forced induction, boxes, ductwork.
o M. Steel Flywheel Only
o Any stock OEM, manual or automatic. Must have working stock type clutch, Must have sprung Hub with 360 degree Pad, ( NO puck Type) all forward gears and reverse.
o # Pressure Plate must be Stock Replacement Diaphrahm Type 7 ½ Min ( No Button Type)
o Any stock OEM with stock replacement internals any coil. No traction control. Battery must be securely mounted with steel strap.
o May run racing fuel. Electric fuel pump ok BUT MUST HAVE SAFETY SHUT OFF SWITCH. Fuel cell or track approved tank attached with minimum of two (2) 2" wide steel straps. Gas only, No nitrous. Racing fuel must float a maximum specified gravity of 750.
o All cars and drivers' safety equipment must meet general safety rules described in the General Rule section of the 411 Motor Speedway rulebook.
o Any car found illegal following qualifications or heats must prove to be legal before starting feature event.
o Any driver who is protested and refuses teardown, will be considered illegal and will start on the rear of their next feature event, regardless of qualifying position.

FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH:
o Stock type size and weight for the car.
o D.O.T Tires only; excludes D.O.T race tires.
o Four Point minimum with 3 driver door bars minimum.
o Aluminum racing seat and safety harnesses are required.
o Doors must be welded shut, remove all trim, upholstery and glass.
o Four cylinder stock for make and model. ( no turbos or superchargers)
o May run header.
o May run cold-air intake.
o Roller cam, dual cam, 16 valves must weigh 2350lbs minimum; 12 valve must weigh 2150lns minimum.
BODY / DRIVELINE &SUSPENSION:
o Must remain stock, in stock location for make and model.
o Stock springs may be cut.
o Must have 2" inspection hole in bellhousing.
o 7" max.
o Must have Haynes or Chilton Manual for Teardown.
o Rear of cars MUST be enclosed.
