Crate Late Model Ready to go green one more time, green flag! Now Jason Ritchey spins down the backstretch, maybe had some help. Coffey had a bobble in 2, Cardwell and Mack McCarter were door to door and the caution came out. Cardwell your leader, McCarter in 2nd, Coffey in 3rd as they complete lap 1. McCarter closing in on race leader Cardwell now as we see Beeler’s door about to come off his machine and as I type this, caution is out as it flies in the air on the frontstretch. A couple cars head to the hotpits for service, now we’re ready to go green one more time. Cardwell showing the way over McCarter, as he’s trying to close in on the lead, but he’ll fall in line off 4. Coffey in 3rd with Brian Courtney closing in, as R. King works inside Mark Rosner out of 4. Rosner and R. King about to put Chase King in the middle 3 wide as we have a lead change on lap 6, McCarter your new leader. Now McCarter breaks in turn 3 as the driveshaft comes out, tough break for McCarter as we’re under caution here on lap 10. Green flag in the air one more time. Cardwell your leader, Coffey in 2nd, Courtney in 3rd but R. King looks inside. R. King on the inside one more time. 13 laps now in the books, Cardwell, Coffey, Courtney your top 3. R. King POWERS around Courtney for the 3rd spot on lap 13, takes the 3rd spot. Now Rosner challenges Courtney for position as 15 laps are complete. Rosner putting pressure on Courtney for the spot, Courtney seems to have his hands full here as 22 laps are complete. Checkers in the air, Cardwell gets the win, Coffey comes home 2nd, and R. King takes 3rd. Fast Qualifier: #07-Jason Cardwell Cautions: 3 Classic Green flag in the air one more time. Kennedy and Engel lead the field into 1. 10 laps in the books, Kennedy, Engel, Eubanks top 3. 15 laps in the books, Kennedy has pulled away but the battle is heating up for the 2nd spot as Eubanks and Bart Baxter are closing in on Engel. Engel for the moment hanging on. Eubanks pulls inside one more time on lap 18, as the white flag now flies for Kennedy. Engel in 2nd, Eubanks 3rd. Out of 4, checkers in the air, Kennedy the winner, Engel takes 2nd, Eubanks 3rd. Cautions: 1 Fast Time Qualifier: #3-Jay Eubanks Topless Modified Cautions: 0 Heat Race Winner: #14-David Day Street Stock Green flag in the air once again, no laps are in the books, complete restart. Ogle and Lewelling touch in turn 1, now Cook on the inside heading into 3. Cook down low, Ogle up high, now Lewelling closing in on the lead duo with Jeff McLemore in tow. Now Cook makes contact with Ogle, put Lewelling in the 2nd spot, now he is chasing down Cook for the lead in 3 here on lap 2. Cook having some handling issues as McLemore gets the wall in 2, he has something broke on his machine, as Lewelling leads lap 3. McLemore with a flat right-rear, he’ll pull off and we’ll stay green. 5 laps in the books, Lewelling your leader, Cook 2nd, Ogle 3rd and gets sideways in 4, tries to hang onto it, does so, now here in turn 1, Cook makes heavy contact with Lewelling, ripping the left rear wheel off the Lewelling machine, and caution flies here on lap 6, which we’ll throw the red to clean up the debris in 2. Green flag in the air, now Dale Watson takes the lead on the inside of Ogle, outta 2, Ogle looks inside for the lead. Ogle wants the lead, Ogle slings it in the corner, now 8 laps in the books. Watson your leader, Ogle 2nd, Dylan Lowe 3rd, and now Cook loses a rear gear here, the whole 3rd member is laying on the speedway. Tough break for Cook, and caution flies one more time, and the red flag will be thrown one more time.. Time has expired so we’ll do a green/white & checkers next time by. Watson with the 1-lap shootout win, Ogle 2nd, Lowe 3rd. Cautions: 3 Heat Race #1 Winner: #49-Jason Ogle Modified Street / Super Truck Green flag in the air, Comer the new leader, Lowe in 2nd, Barry Duncan in 3rd and Ogle your field now with 8 laps in. Ogle powers around Lowe for the 2nd spot, now Lowe pulls into the infield with a flat here on lap 10. Time limit is up, checkers fly here on lap 14, Comer wins his 13th, Ogle comes home 2nd, Duncan rounds out the field. Cautions: 1 Heat Race Winner: #1-Brad Lowe Mod-Mini Green flag in the air one more time and McMahan continues to lead. Checkers in the air, McMahan wins, Carter in a close 2nd, and Ellis comes home in 3rd. At the scales, McMahan is declared light, which means he’s DQed, hand the win to Carter! Ellis comes home 2nd, and 3rd will go to Mitchell. Cautions: 1 Heat Race Winner: #99-Chuck McMahan Mini-Stock Cautions: 0
Limited Late Model Green flag once again, Henry off with the lead, Hall in 2nd, Ballenger 3rd. Here comes Josh Collins, he’s trying to close in on Ballenger for the 3rd spot. Jason Cardwell running behind Collins with Ryan King on his tail. 3 laps now in the books. Hall has a bobble in turn 2, Ballenger closes up, now Hall gets sideways and now we have Joey Standridge spin in turn 4, and caution is out. Green flag back in the air here with 25 laps remaining. Henry showing the way over Hall and Ballenger. Adam Beeler on the inside of Mark Rosner, now he’ll fall in line. Ballenger looking inside of Hall for a moment, now R. King looks inside Cardwell. Henry showing a little smoke possibly in turn 1. Hall in 2nd, Ballenger in 3rd, with Collins powering on the high side. Hall starting to reel in the race leader here with 8 laps in the books. Ballenger now working down low on Hall for 2nd. Out of 4 they stay side by side. Ballenger now claims 2nd, and now Hall stalls in turn 2 and brings out the caution here on lap 10. Green flag in the air again. Ballenger now looking inside for the lead, falls in line in 3. Henry now under a ton of pressure for the lead. Collins starting to close in, now R. King trying to reel in Cardwell. Ballenger making the low line work. Collins making the high line wok as he’s trying to close in on the top 2. Now Ballenger on the inside for the lead, falls back in line in 3. Now 14 laps in the books, SIDE BY SIDE for the lead. Henry now with a slight cushion over Ballenger. Now Collins making it a 3 way battle, now lapped traffic going to play a factor. Henry your leader running the high line, now Collins peeks outside for 2nd, falls back in line. Now 20 laps down. Henry your leader, Ballenger 2nd, Collins 3rd, Cardwell 4th, R. King 5th. Now Ballenger looks inside once again out of 2 on 21. Side by side out of 4 for the lead. Ballenger and Henry still side by side, now with 7 to go! Lap traffic might play a factor once again, now 5 to go, THEY‘RE STILL SIDE BY SIDE!!!! Henry up high, Ballenger down low. Still a dogfight for the win folks!! Ballenger down low, coming to 2 to go!!! Henry up high, both drivers want to win. White flag in the air. Henry up high, Ballenger down low. Ballenger gets way sideways as he closes quickly in on the lapped car of Steve Lovell, now Collins looks up high, outta 4, checkers in the air, Henry hangs onto the win, Collins comes home 2nd, Ballenger settles for 3rd.
